Homework - Assignments should be done!
Assignment 2: look through magazines and find one example of a scale diagram. Cut the item out and tape it to a piece of grid paper. Remember: you only need to worry about the outline of the item, not the detail in the picture.
a) Enlarge to scale of your choice (for example 2.3)
b) Reduce to scale of your choice (for example 0.67)
c) Draw your item to scale
Assignment 3

1) rotation 2) reflection 3) translation 4) enlargement
All assignments can be completed in class with the time allotted! However, if you are not done, complete for homework.

Write the following words in your vocabulary section of your notebook.
Then, use your text book (pages 314 to 322) to write out the definition.
Some definitions you will have to sketch.

angle of rotation AB = AC
isosceles triangle scale diagram
proportion sum of the angles of a triangle
